In Reiki, we are taught to allow the Universal Life Force to pour through every cell of our being, and then into the person we have put our hands on with intention. In the true essence of Reiki, we don’t focus on the person’s pain, illness or complaint. We sit quietly and let the energy flow through our hands into the person with full confidence that they will receive whatever they need.
